Labour Supervisor

Monitor the daily schedules, and attendance of the workers through our integrated labour management system.

Ensures the quality of work and provides feedback to the workers' performance.

Monitor the cleanliness of the work area in the greenhouse.

Ensures that the greenhouse follows full compliance with all Health, Safety Policies, and procedures.

Works closely with the Owner of the Farm, Grower, and Assistant Grower.

Will be involved in the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) of the farm.

Manage in farm labor system.

Manage all workers concerns.

Manage worker uniform program.
