Job description
We're looking for someone who has experience designing and possibly implementing web designs, but more over, someone that can push the design envelope and help our garden center clients elevate themselves to a higher digital presence.
Requirements
Skills:
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Adobe XD) or similar platforms to wireframe designs for presentation
+ Understanding of Wordpress and builders
+ Understanding of current web standards, principles and best practices with regards to digital marketing, display ads, and social media
+ Strong problem solving and conceptual skills
+ Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and visual branding
+ Experience with motion graphics, including animation and gifs an asset
+ Exceptional sense of visual design, including typography, colour theory, design systems, and grid systems
+ Ability to work remotely, in a fast-paced environment and on a self-directed basis
+ Strong time management and organizational skills
Additional skills:
+ Proficiency in Wordpress, WooCommerce, Elementor
+ E-Commerce strategy or experience
+ Ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate at all levels
+ Photography and video editing skills a plus

+ Comfortable working online and within a team atmosphere
+ Ability to work on and manage projects from multiple clients, in an agency context
+ A genuine love of plants, gardening, and nature is a plus
