About the Role

Requirements:

  • Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proactive and process-oriented working style, with attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate client needs

Duties:

  • Greet visitors and answer the phones in a professional and friendly manner

  • Support day to day operations by performing administrating tasks and assist the management team as required

  • Organize and coordinate schedules and logistics through calendars, meetings and emails

  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files

  • Prepare contracts and other forms and distribute documents for signature

  • Update social media channels

  • Other duties as required

  • LMIA along with immigration support can be provided for foreign applicants

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
